Unfortunately it happens! If you are not satisfied with a purchase from us, please feel free to return it. We will accept returns on an unused item within 60 days of purchase.
Returning your order is easy! To start your return, you will need your order number and email address. Enter this information in our returns portal to access you order details. From there, select the item(s) you wish to return and the reason for your return.
There are two options for mailing back your return:
1. Use our prepaid shipping label and have $4.99 deducted from your refund amount
2. Use the carrier of your choice and ship your return to the address below:

Select the option that works best for you to access your shipping label and/or packing slip. A packing slip must be included in your package for the return to be processed.
Returns may take 1 to 2 days to process once they have been received. We appreciate your patience.
Please note that the following items may not be returned: Items over 60 days from the date of purchase, Installed SENA communication units, Plant Health Care products (PHC), Engine Power Equipment (after gassed or oiled), any items marked as “Final Sale” or “Special Order (SO)”, or rope or cable sold by the foot.
