Spencer Logging Tape is made in the U.S. to be the last measuring tape you'll ever need. The outer housing is built out of aircraft-grade aluminum with stainless steel internal mechanisms for durability and has open sides that prevent the buildup of mud and debris that breaks other tape measures. If you do somehow end up breaking your tape, you can simply unscrew the housing, place the replacement tape inside, and continue measuring!
