The RC-2001 Fixed Bollard Lowering Device is a medium-duty single-bollard lowering device that fits securely to your tree without damaging the bark. Use the specially designed ratchet strap and a choked sling to quickly and easily mount the device to the base anchor point and get to work quickly! The entire system can be mounted by one person by utilizing the top attachment point as a suspension point.
