Recall for Milwaukee Top Handle Chainsaws

Safety Update Oct 30th 2025

Recall & Safety Notice: Milwaukee Tool, in cooperation with the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), is voluntarily recalling a subset of M18 FUEL™ Top Handle Chainsaws (category number 2826-20) due to a potential chain brake issue. Affected Serial Numbers are distinguished by the fourth serial code letter, ‘A’. If you have an affected unit, stop using the saw immediately and send the equipment in for free repair. See https://www.milwaukeetool.com/support/recall for more information.
