A favorite among arborists, the Petzl ZigZag acts just like a classic Prusik in moving rope systems. Intuitive and easy to use, ZigZag your way through any tree using classic Prusik pulley system technique with single or doubled ropes. The friction chain provides precision and fluidity when moving around, and once the friction chain extends, the device locks automatically on the rope. Control slack easier than ever before with the pulley mounted on sealed ball bearings. The Petzl ZigZag utilizes a release lever which provides exceptional control and adjustments - the lever even controls the speed of movement. Choose either the standard Petzl ZigZag for a fixed lower attachment hole, or the Petzl ZigZag PLUS for a swivel to ensure optimal rope glide.
